Shipping & returns

We currently ship to Slovakia (flat rate 4.90 EUR) and to the rest of the EU (flat rate 9.90 EUR); the exact rate for your country is shown at checkout. Most made-to-order pieces are produced within 3–7 business days, then dispatched by tracked courier.

Payment is currently by card, Klarna, EPS, Bancontact, or Link, processed securely via Stripe at checkout.

Personalised items (engraved names/dates) are made to order and cannot be returned simply because you change your mind, in line with Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in Estonian law by the Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus), VOS § 53 (4) 2. and 3. point. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights: under Estonian law, you remain entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund for any defect that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery. To help us resolve any issue as quickly as possible, please contact us as soon as you notice a problem — ideally within a few days of receiving your order — though this is a practical recommendation, not a deadline that limits your legal rights.
